During her four years as an Administrative Assistant at the National Cardiothoracic Centre of the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, and her subsequent year as an Administrative Manager, Nana Ama was responsible for ensuring that clients had a positive experience by facilitating all of their medical needs within the Centre and other related departments.
